MOD 2008 FALKIRK FUNDRAISING CEILIDHS
22nd February 2008 - Ceilidh Dance in the Falkirk Polish Club from 7.30pm. Entertainment from John Carmichael Band, Donald MacRae and Mod Gold Medallist Sheena Walker. Tickets cost £8 and are available from the Fringe Convener, Ian MacLeod on 01236 731021 or any of the Mod 2008 Committee members. ( http://www.mod2008falkirk.org )

21st March - Ceilidh Dance in the Falkirk Polish Club from 7.30pm. Entertainment from David MacKenzie, Ian Joseph MacDonald, Isla McTaggart and Calum Ross. Tickets cost £8 and are avaialble from the Fringe Convener on 01236 731021 or any of the Mod 2008 Committee members.

3rd & 4th May - Big in Falkirk - various Gaelic acts will be performing

3rd June - Traditional Music Concert in Falkirk Town Hall - further details to be announced

11th July - Ceilidh Dance in Breasclete Community Hall, Isle of Lewis - further details to be announced

12th July - Ceilidh Dance in Leverburgh Village Hall, Isle of Harris - further details to be announced

16th August - Concert in Falkirk Town Hall - further details to be announced

12th September - Mod 2008 Sponsored Walk Ceilidh, Fort William - further details to be announced

4th April 2008 - Race Night and Disco, Royal British Legion, Cumbernauld from 7.30pm - 12 midnight. Tickets available from Ian MacLeod on 01236 731021 or Alan Rankine on 01236 733398

26th April - North Lanarkshire Gaelic Forum Ceilidh Dance - Cumbernauld Village Hall at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £5 (inc buffet). Entertainment from Catriona Watt (Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2007), Mary Macleod, Calum Ross and Cumbernauld Gaelic Choir. Tickets available from Alex MacDonald on 01236 873055

10th May 2008 - Quiz Night in the Polish Club, Arnot Street, Falkirk from 7.30pm. Tickets available from any Committee member priced £5 (including buffet)
