The next general meeting of Independence First is on Sunday 20th November, upstairs in McGinns Bar, Glasgow (bottom of Hope St, next to Central Station), starting at 12.45pm.
Note it is a members only meeting although new members can register on the day.

Definitely planning going this weekend.
Carol, is there a set agenda for discussion, or do members just turn up and take it from there? |

How did the meeting go then?
I've finally got around to joining IF (or requesting a membership form anyway), so may make it along to future meetings. |

Last weeks meeting was productive, picked up 2 new members at the meeting, membership is steadily increasing.
Campaigning - looking to having street stalls in 2 possibly 3 Cities on St Andrew's Day, also our first 'campaign' leaflet is at the printers.
There's also a new branch setting up in Maryhill, Glasgow.
The next general meeting is in January.

| That's good news. I have been told that Joe Middleton will get in touch with me about an IF stall in Edinburgh next Wednesday which depending on the time I'll try to make it along to. I'll definately be about Wednesday evening though. |

If you know Joe he'll point you in the right direction of me. If you're at the rally tomorrow maybe see you there, I'll be distributing IF leaflets.

I feel really bad about tomorrow, but I'm not able to make it. Something's come up. I'll definately be there on Wednesday though.
I don't know Joe, but he's quite a recognisable chap - and I saw him talk at the republican rally at Holyrood. I'm sure he'll point you out and I'll say hello! |

Cheers Carol. I feel worse about not being there when there was a poor crowd. Still good to hear the evening entertainment were on form. |
