Hello there,
Just wanting to say hello to everybody.
Í'm from the Netherlands with a Scottish heart as I always say.
This may sound strange to a Scottish (or Dutch) patiot, but that's the way it is.
My father lives in Scotland and I have 2 half sisters and one half brother there as well. So I am a little familiar with Scotland, and I wholeheartedly support the Scottish cause.
If there's anything one of you would like to know about me, please don't hesitate and just ask...
Bye for now! Very Happy

Hi there Nina, welcome to the forum. Funny how some people can feel such a strong attachment to a different country from where they come from. Did you know much about Scotland before your father moved there?

Thank you SLG, and I have never felt a true attachment with my own country, perhaps just now I start to have some feelings of attachment about the province I was born in...
No, I did not know anything about Scotland when my father moved there. But now I do. I probably know more about Scottish history then of the Dutch history Very Happy
