Among other good letters in today's features section of the Herald newspaper is one by a certain Mr Jim Mather MSP entitled," if this happened in a public company". Recommended reading along with other letters. Wendy doll gets gubbed in"The SNP's good week compared to Labour's".

If you have seen her recent appearance on Newsnight opposite the SNP's Stewart Hosie then you would have no hesitation in answering yes. She was absolutely pathetic banging on about Union dividends and other crap. You would almost think Scottish Labours economic failures were some sort of great achievement.
Why the hell people are always banging on about her intellectual ability I don't know. Probably just that the rest of them are so thick. _________________ Anthropos ikane prophasis eis to dustukhein |

| I think Wendy has got a brain and I think she is brighter than most on the Labour benches (not saying much of course). I think the reason that Wendy was respected before she took her break was that she seemed to be slightly above much of the sectarian nature of Scottish politics. However she has decided to take up this defence of the Union role on behalf of Labour and buy into it 100% rather than taking a more studied approach and it is this topic that is now defining her. |
