It is my sister Mary's eighty fifth birthday ( yes, that's right, 85)
and all the family, including me, will be rallying round for that.

My daughter's birthday is a couple of days before that but it looks
like she is having her birthday party on the 23rd which means I am
liable to be babysitting my grandchildren.
Best of luck to all those taking part, though. The National Trust shouldn't
get away with charging admission to a public area traditionally used
for rallies around that date.
