BNP official policy on illegal immigrationThe not so nice face of the BNP has emerged again tonight with Nick Griffen's policy on how to deal with illegal immigrants entering the EU from Africa.According to him, the only measure, sooner or later, which is going to stop immigration and stop large numbers of sub-Saharan Africans dying on the way to get over here is to get very tough with those coming over. Fair enough. But the proposed action ? "Frankly, they need to sink several of those boats." On being it being pointed out that the EU is in not the business of murdering people at sea he said "I didn't say anyone should be murdered at sea - I say boats should be sunk, they can throw them a life raft and they can go back to Libya. " Still. Look on the bright side. Apparently the other right-wing parties in the EP won't join the political grouping the BNP has been trying to set up.
