Carbon capture plant knocked backNo one's mentioned the failed bid by BP to build a carbon capture plant in Aberdeenshire. Is this a case of the Westminster government talking their eye off the ball due to their preoccupation with nuclear at the moment? It`ll be back,probably in a southern marginal constituancy around about election time 
Peterhead is Nat country.....no value to Labour there,also it would be in Scotland.....no value to labour there either. |
