ContemptJamesieboy recently attempted to raise a question which it was feared might be deemed to be "contempt of court". As Jamesieboy only recently joined the Our Scotland forum, he is probably unaware of previous related discussions on here. While agreeing that it is not up to us to say either "guilty" or "not guilty", there are larger questions than that which I consider to be POLITICAL questions, and no dictatorship should be allowed to take away our right to discuss political questions. For instance, the political question, regardless of "guilt" or otherwise, why is this case being pursued at all? This latest development arose out of a case involving the News Of The World. The News Of The World is a squalid rag owned by the squalid multi-billionaire hypocrite Rupert Murdoch, and those who work for it are, as I know from personal experience, more deserving of the contemptuous description of being Murdoch's "whores" than those unfortunates who work in the sex industry. That case went against Rupert Murdoch and his whores. Now, people give conflicting testimonies in court cases all the time, and it is actually very rare for somebody to be charged with perjury. The reason that there has been a multi-million pound police investigation in this particular case, and the reason for the decision to go ahead with a case for perjury, is because the corrupt Scottish legal system is dancing to the tune played by Rupert Murdoch and his whores. If either Tommy or his wife Gail should end up in jail over this, then, I say, burn down the jail. Not because I think Tommy is a hero (I never have). Not even because I think he always tells the truth (I don't). But simply because, when I see the power of billionaire capitalism and its whores allied with the corrupt Scottish legal system masquerading as "justice", the only possible reaction is one of utter contempt for them and all their works. (Of course, burning down the jail is only one possible course of action. There could be many alternative possibilities. Targetting Rupert Murdoch personally, for example.) |

Dave, no matter how much you are annoyed with another person or their business interests, you cannot advocate targetting them personally on this forum.
