David Vine

David Vine died at the weekend of a heart attack.

When I was a wee laddie and there was next to no sport on the TV, I used to love watching A Question of Sport which he hosted.

i always thought it was quite funny when the bbc sprogram host walked down from the studio at the snooker and awarded the world championship.  dont see that on other sports!

then in recent years dougally donnelly started doing it.
