I was out last night. Didn't see the game. Decent result away from home. Did Rangers look ok? I was hoping they would get humped to keep them down before we play them on Sunday...

To be honest I'd like to see them get through to the second stage of the champions league.
They'd be the first scottish team to do so and would mean they wouldn't be concentrating on the SPL, and with the extra games are going to struggle badly in the league.

As I've said before, in theory I'd like to see Rangers progress, but as soon as I see the crowd and hear the songs, I can;t help but want to see them knocked out asap.
You may be right, with extra games, they may continue to slip up in the SPL. I'm concerned that they will gain confidence after the result last night and take that into Sunday's game. I also wouldn't like to see Rangers pick up the money the next round of champions league would bring. They are struggling a bit financially at the moment, and I'd like to see that continue for the benefit of the game in Scotland.

if they qualify for the second stage they will be one of the poorest teams to have done so. rangers have been lucky in that they drew the poorest team they could have in the second pot and one of the poorest from the fourth. in one sense i would like to see them qualify as were they to get barcelona for instance they would be humiliated, and for the record they would give celtic a fair old roasting at the moment as well, but on the other hand i really dont think they deserve to get so far in the tournament.

At the end of the day - if they finish second in the group they deserve to go through - poor team or not.
If they do get through - good luck to them - as the only Scottish team left in Europe we really need to see them doing well in order to improve our Uefa co-efficient.

Obviously SLG and Wallacesclaymore haven't made it home yet - and may be in no fit state to post when they do !

What can I say
Did any of the rest of you watch the game on the tv? Fantastic performance by Hibs that should not be diminished at all by the fact that Rangers we s***e
Apart from maybe the second half against Killie, the first half was as fine a performance as I've seen for a long time

Even Graham Speirs managed to get this one right
| Quote: | | Hibernian were thrilling, utterly thrilling |
| Quote: | | Hibs' superiority over the champions was quite startling to behold |
| Quote: | | There was a purpose, a pace and an ability about Hibs' youngsters which Rangers were simply unable to live with. |
and many more

unfortunately not this week though.
however they needed the help of a linesman and a referee to get a slender 3-2 win.
without a doubt the worst rangers team I have EVER seen. without Buffel they would have lost today, no doubt about that.

isIs that the revival over already? The amazing scenario could be that Rangers could be qualifying for the last 8 of the Champions League just as they are slipping out of the top 8 in the SPL.
Its only 13 games until the split and motherwell and caley are closing in.
