Hi I'm new here.I just found this site and its great. I am of Scottish descent and live in the US. I am in college and I'm in a Cultural Anthropolgy class and I have to do a presentation. Of course I choose Scotland so I could learn more about my own culture. I would love to get some opinions and information from people who actually live there. Would anyone be willing to help me out. The information I am finding on the web just doesn't seem to really give me what I am looking for. Thank you, in advance to anyone who is willing to reply.

I just didn't want to step on any toes and ask a question that might be upsetting or anything to others. I'm mainly looking for information about how the school system works and honest opinions about wether or not Scotland should be separated from England, things like that. I know some can be controversial topics.

I get that ALOT, more than you could ever imagine.lol. But no it actually came from a TV show but it was in the 70's.
