Inverness loses Heathrow LinkInverness is set to lose its link to Heathrow in March as a result of pressure on landing slots.This is simply ridiculous. What we really need is more international flights from Scotland's airports. If you're going across the Atlantic, what's the point in spending an hour or more flying to Heathrow, followed by two or more hours in that hellhole, just to get on a plane and fly right over Scotland on your way to your North American destination?
And why not fly direct from Scotland to a European destination? |
