Pretty much an admission that he (GB) is dull, lacking in inspiration and kidded us all on that he knew the difference between macro and micro economics as chancellor. Pretty much a 'nothingy PM'! It really begs the question; why was he elected as leader (unopposed) to the Neo Liebour party? Maybe his spelling is better than mine!
