Our Scotland Topsites reported as Malware distributor??

Hello - I hate posting this here but  I could find no other way. Our websites, UlsterHeritage.com, is a topsite member. I just received a message that the ourscotland.itopsites website is distributing malware and has attacked other computers.

Whom should I advise?
