Did any1 go to the S.N.P conference last week ?

If so , what were your thoughts ?

My faith in the S.N.P was dwindling for a spell because it seemed to be less about seperation from the U.K but with A.S and conferences like the the one last week , my faith is restored and i think as a result of the forthcoming elections , even if the S.N.P do not win , they will certainly have a bigger say in the scottish parliament , as a result , a bigger say in scottish affairs , which , can only be a good thing .

Never went. Great speech by Salmond, never caught much else of it though. Heard there was a very good atmosphere, folk confident and looking forward to next May.

I was there on Saturday. It is nice to see friends from other parts of the country. Away from the headlines and polls I asked a few how they felt the reception on the doors seemed to them. All seemed to report a positive feeling out there and that the mood of the electorate is far better towards us than 2003.

Was there on Thurs,Fri and Saturday Alex and Nicola both gave great speeches and I certainly felt a buzz of anticipation about 2007

There are quite a few things from Conference on YOU TUBE including the PPB and some old stuff as well altho for some reason half of the vids seem to be all about blooming Aileen Campbell!
