sWhat gets me about scotsport SPL is that they are giving away, as a star prize, tivkets for English premiership games!
What kind of advert for the SPL is it to give away tickets for another league suggesting that the games down south are better, bigger and more valuable.

Yes, i've entered their competitions when they have been for SPL games, but i wouldn't spend the price of a phone call on an English premiership match.

what annoyed me about last nights compo was that it was a selection of rangers and celtic goodies - as if they believed that all scottish football fans support one of the twisted sisters.
As for the premiership, I can understand why they give away tickets to some of the big games as these are seen as more exciting than the SPL and a lot of people (especially kids) have an 'english' team now too - sad stuff.

Didn't see it last night. If your team is not playing the OF, then you usually have to wait ages to see them. Why can't they put it on bit earlier? Apart from that the general quality is poor. Football First is much better.
I've not watched it that much, but have they not been offering tickets in all the big European leagues as prizes and it was just Englands turn this week?

A bit late for this one but the last time i watched for one of the Killie games im sure it was ICT they played. Anyway they did an interview over the game. What chance you got. 20 mins for each of the OF and then ten mins for everyone else squeezed in after Julian fucks about somewhere.

Dinnae watch it. I just get pissed off with it. One day they'll realise it's s***e and get it right. And put it on at a decent time as well.

Unfortunately, even if you gain promotion, you will not be seeing them on Football First next season. STV have pulled the plug on the programme next season. It must be to fund all the prizes they give away on Scotsport or pay the million presenters they have.
I think Soccer AM is the best footy show on TV, although after 10 or 11 years, the jokes are a little bit repetitive.

That's a pity, RH, even though we now have no chance of being in Div1 next season.

That's a shame. So there are going to be no 1st division highlights at all?
Also, does anyone know how long STV have won the SPL highlights rights for? Can't see them ever getting Scotsport SPL right, so would be nice if it went back to the BBC at some point.

....don't they buy the rights from the current supplier, setanta? If so they'll have them until the end of next season at least.
I'd never thought I'd say this, but bring back Sportscene.
