Scottish Sun not backing ToriesThe editor of the Scottish Sun has said he is "yet to be convinced" that the Tories are the best party for Scotland.
In England and Wales, the popular tabloid newspaper has signalled a shift in support from Labour, which it has backed since 1997, to the Tories.
Scottish Sun editor David Dinsmore said he could no longer offer his support to the Labour government.

I can't understand why articles like ' The Sun Drops Labour' get tossed aroound in the media. The Sun is a newspaper and as an inanimate object, has no political leanings.
Newspapers only print the political opinions of either it's editor or owner and why people should listen to one man's opinion over any others is laughable. Someone please tell me that intelligent folk are not really taken in this way.

Personally I was shocked to learn that The Sun actually HAS a political editor ... I do wonder what qualifications they looked for in their potential candidates though!?
