THE Scottish Government has won its battle for control of a £1 billion fund of Scottish money held by the Treasury, allowing the SNP access to the money over the next three years.

Bloody well done!!

It'll be interesting to see how the london based media spin this, especially the torey friendly tabloids.

Looks like a very strong hint there is going to be an election. Why make the SNP's life easier at Holyrood unless you want to take away a key argument from them in the upcoming campaign?
