World Cup What Will You Do?The majority of people who i speak to and myself included cant wait for the world cup, weeks of constant football. Ye Ha. But what about all of you out there that hate football, what do you do during this time? How do you put up with the constnt results and disruption to TV programs?

It doesn't happen here, we can watch some of it on ESPN and some other channels carry a bit of it but it's not a constant interruption.
I do have to say I like European football much better than American football. . . there is something very irritating about burley men covered in padding, loaded down with body protection going out to smash an oddly shaped 'ball' and each other, then receiving millions for doing very little, phsycally. Then spending their millions on addictive drugs and bail money while blaming society for their shortcomings. . . (I'll climb quietly off my soap box now!)
At least in European football, there is an honest showing of a team's skills. It's not all covered up with padding and posturing!
