Thought I'd start a thread where we can share all the good news, not just about ourselves ... but other things we hear about too ...

One rule: no sniping. (Whoever could I mean??)

My first piece of good news ... is the wee girl who has been missing for three weeks has been found ... alive. Though what she's been through we'll find out in due course ... it's great that she's alive ... and back with her family!

Excellent idea Blackadder.
Yes the news about the wee lass is fantastic, but I expect what she has been through will have done a great deal of permanent damage. Loads of counselling will be required to help her get over her terrible ordeal, God bless her.

1 kilo = 2.2 lbs for those of you who are as old as Carol.

I'm not going to make fun of you. Your *magnificent* effort speaks for itself!  Twisted Evil

Google for an Imperial to metric conversion table, Carol.

Plus 2.2 lbs is the weight of a bag of sugar.

does no-one love you BA?

good news - getting a new bathroom suite fitted this weekend.  replacing the bath with a walk in shower, although the present bath isn't used as much as the overhead shower, I think it will be missed when it gets dumped  Crying or Very sad

bad news - the upheaval all weekend!!!  was meant to happen last weekend when the boys were at their dads, unfortunately the plumber was delayed.  so juggling neighbours toilets for all the boys, and family members shower just to accommodate the 15 year old who takes a daily shower lasting up to an hour  Confused

when it comes to poodle parlours my 3 older boys (4yr old isn't quite there yet) would beat their older sisters any day!!
