The Blackadder is a fit, healthy (apart from the heidaches), good-looking individual who works out every two days. My personal trainer handle sorting out what me routine should be.

you don't know what you're missing!!
hey weigh in today, 94.5kg  she also took blood for a thyroid test, although I suspect I'm on a loser there.
diet very very healthy, very high in antioxidants, I'm drinking green tea 'til it comes out of my ears, also loads of veggie and salads, so much I'm surprised I haven't 4 legs and a bob-tail  sluggish with the fruit as I'm too lazy to peel things 
exercise moderate although I'm needing to build up by energy levels, not ready for high impact stuff, swimming and walking does me just now.
so how's you're life style? |

I'm not quite flat on my back BA!!!
got a phonecall earlier, had previously got a quote for life insurance, the insurance provider had followed up with a report from the doctor, damned premium doubled, beyond my reach  I'd said to my agent I'm not ready to keel over yet!!! |

medical reasons BA, which will no doubt have a knock on effect where the weight is concerned
had a paddle this morning with the 4 yr old, hoping to go for a swim tonight. Also got an induction for the gym next week |
