I think the Scottish people would go nuts if FIFA or UEFA try and take the national team away.
It's a sure fire way to strike up nationalistic feeling however and probably wouldn't do the Nationalist cause any harm at all.

I think we'll get some of the football matches at Hampden, although I'm a bit undecided about having a GB football team. On the one hand it would be good having a team in the competition but on the other it may be a threat to our footballing independence.
I would, of course, love to have a Scottish Olympic team but that's not going to happen.

I'd like to think you're right but I can't see it happening, certainly not for 2012.
