I can confirm legal action is a process that is happening against Dave Coul for his abusel and the matter is pending also my solicitor is investigating anallegation made against me on a public forum by Holebender

Larry get a grip on reality. You were first expelled from the Scottish Republican Socialist Movement, then Independence First and lastly the SSP - all because of your anti-English bigotry and your disruptive and bizarre behaviour. Pipe down and stop the phoney posturing - that private education you received doesnt seem to have equipped you in how to not make a complete tit of yourself.

Is legal action "in process" or is legal advice "being sought early next week"? Planning to speak to a solicitor next week is not the same as having initiated legal action you know.

Speaking strictly for myself, there was no abuse and no torrent of anything. All I have done is report a few facts, including the grounds for expelling you from Independence First. I personally read the threats from Red Larry which I described but, even if I hadn't, those are the grounds cited in the minutes of the meeting which voted to expel you and which I communicated to you at the time. You raised no objection then, so why now?

Your criminal conviction is a matter of public record.

As I intimated to you a few days ago, having told the truth is an absolute defence against a charge of defamation. Lack of intent is also a legitimate defence so, even if something I posted turns out to be untrue, I'm in the clear as I believe it to be true and I posted it for information purposes. I did not intend to defame you.

There you are, I told the truth and I had no intention to defame you. Case dismissed.

I am now in my sixty seventh year, but, way back when I was at primary school, we were six of a family living in one and a half rooms. I quite literally didn't even get a bed all to myself until my older brother got married. When he did, I felt like I was in sheer luxury, being able to sleep alone. We didn't have an inside toilet, we didn't have running water, and we didn't have electricity. Later, we moved to a cooncil hoose, where I discovered these luxuries for the first time. I left school at fourteen and started full time work. Most of my life, I worked on building sites. I have never in my life had a job at which I was paid a monthly salary, it was always a weekly wage. Nevertheless, despite all this, Red Justice alleged that I have no idea about working class people.

Well, Iainmohr, you obviously know him better than I do. Does this mean that, when Red Justice appeared to accuse ME of "coming from a spoilt background", he was actually looking in a mirror at the time?
