As chess was a pastime of the kings,
while polo was the sport of eastern Kings.
Does variants of chess qualify as a sport within a pstime or solely as a pastime?

I'm sure mentioned in passing,
among other things,
i've been working on a version of hyper-chess or hyprechess or hyperchess,
anyway one version of many variants,
relies on a 64 by 64 or 4096 squares with 64 different pieces each with their own pawn on a rank in front of them.
Anyone see a successful or launched version of this game already? _________________ Scotland deserves a First rate Parliament for a First rate People

64 squares across and 64 squares depth.
64 multiplied by itself giving 4096 total squares.
It is partly a way to intellectually fine tune strategies used by computers on their/its own learning processes.
As normal chess has become easy enough for the tracking computer programmes used in decision making on the 8 x 8, 64 square board, an almost quantum jump is needed to continue the evolution of ideas in the field of mathematics and computing.
