Excuse my stupidity but what's the difference between the sent box and the delivered box? I can't work out who has got messages from me and who hasn't. This is not an ideal situation, as I might be ignoring people accidentaly. Help, etc. Shocked Question Question Question

I think what happens is that when you first send a message, it goes through to the 'sent box'. It stays there until it has been read by the recipient. After that, it is moved to your 'delivered box'. Once it's there, you know it's been read.
