I suppose "weather" is a "life" topic. I have a question, please. Has Scotland's weather been warmer than usual this winter? And, is there a jet stream across your part of the globe? I am only familiar with one jet stream - ours in North America. Was just wondering about that.
Thanks. Hazel

| If the skiing industry is to be believed (what's left of it anyway), we've been getting less snow the last few years. I'm not sure if I feel it any warmer though. I'm sure there are official stats out there somewhere. |

That was part of my thought. We have certainly been shorted on snow this year. Not that we ever get much in Mid-America but we do get more than this year - so far. And, only one brief deep freeze. If we do not get a good deep-freeze or two each winter, the pesky insects are totally out of control come summer.
Thanks again. Hazel |
